The vision of the Quality Assurance Management team is to support our customers by providing products and services of the highest standard. We strive to meet this vision through a continuous commitment towards quality excellence, organizational responsibility, and customer satisfaction.

It is the policy of the Quality Assurance Management team to achieve a quality of product and service that surpasses our client’s needs and expectations. we can ensure that all staff are suitably selected, trained and resourced.

The Quality Policy of SWCSA is to:

  • Drive Continual Improvement through the use of the SWCSA quality systems, to include root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, planning, drive and support measures that create a culture of continual improvement.
  • Promote Employee Responsibility through communication of quality objectives, measuring and auditing our performance, and promoting improvements through training and team processes.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by providing products and services that meet our customer’s requirements for quality and reliability.
